Raptor Ridge Pinot Gris 2014
Review by Eric Tansey, CSW
Raptor Ridge Winery, from the always exciting Willamette Valley, Oregon. This wine has aromas of orange blossoms and tropical fruits. There is a taste of lemon and lime on the tip of the tongue. As it sits on the mid-palate, the taste of soft green pears and minerals becomes apparent. This wine has bright acidity and a balanced touch of fruit. Enjoy with your favorite baked chicken dish or a Cornish hen.
