Faire La Fête Cremant De Limoux Brut
Review by Eric Tansey, CSW
Traditional method sparkling wine from the birthplace of bubbles, the Limoux region of Lanuedoc France. Made in the same complex method as sparkling wine from Champagne, it is half the price. Dry (Brut) Sparkling wine with characteristics of green apple and lime zest, bright acidity, and lots of bubbles. A great way to celebrate, ring in the new year, or pair with an assortment of foods. Pairs with anything, from Sushi, muscles, and oysters, to gourmet grilled cheese sandwiches and BLTs.
